We have just completed this Walnut Creek, CA home remodel consisting of a full kitchen and dining room remodel, familyroom remodel with new fireplace and surround, downstairs bedroom, bathroom remodel and laundry room.  In addition we built in a few storage nooks throughout the house complete with upper and lower cabinetry with granite countertops.  Upstairs we framed in a loft area creating another bedroom.  The master suite received a complete facelift include the remodel of the master bedroom bathroom.  Finally the entire house received new hardwood flooring.

Bathroom remodel in Orinda, CA.  After the demo of the original bathroom was complete the new bathroom layout was underway.  The bathroom remodel would incorporate a portion of the adjacent closet to provide a larger footprint.  It will allow for a double vanity, large soaking tub and shower.

Exterior siding and accent shingles for this Pleasant Hill home addition are almost complete.  Doors and windows are installed and we are awaiting a custom oversized siding door that will lead out to a covered patio equipped with lighting, a ceiling fan and outdoor speakers perfect for entertaining year round.

With the foundation complete the new under-pinning, subfloor and now walls are underway..out with the old electrical main panel and in with the new electrical panel…

Poet’s corner is a charming sub-section of houses located in Pleasant Hill, CA.  We are under way, architectural plans stamped and permitted by Pleasant Hill Building Dept, and the demolition of the existing structure has been completed and the new foundation is complete for a house addition.  Here are a few before pictures along with the demo’d structure and new addition foundation.

This kitchen remodel is moving quick, updated electrical, new sheetrock, tape and texture.  Both the family room and kitchen have been painted.  All casement, trim and baseboards have both been installed and painted.  The kitchen cabinets and new granite countertops are complete.  New hardwood floor have been installed.  Plumbing, appliances and finishing touches to follow…!
